Wanting to get into offroad bikepacking but not too sure where to start? Wayne and the other bearded chaps from EDS Bikes will be running a free guided bikepacking trip from the event village.

Wayne is a qualified mountain bike leader and when he is not building super capable bikepacking bikes in his shop he's focused on the North Yorkshire Bikepacking part of his business where he takes people out on guided rides into the North York Moors.

He has kindly offered to organise a completely free, guided bikepacking overnighter in the Lakes for people who want an intro into the world of off-road adventure cycling.

Leaving the event village on the Friday at 2.30PM, he and his team will guide you into the depth of the Lakes along some of the Lakes' finest bridleways. The Friday will end in the pub, where you can grab a bit to eat and drink before setting up camp for the night.

After having camped out, you will be guided back to the event village over a mountain pass, road pass and along more great trails in time for our headline speaker, the band and victory beers.

Spaces are limited to 16 people and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To reserve you spot please use the booking form below.
